Terms and Conditions
Upon your arrival a welcome basket with cretan high quality
extra virgin olive oil and trsikoudia(raki) will be in the accomodation for you.
Check-in at 15:00 / check-out at 11:00 (can be flexible depending on our reservations).
Room cleaning and change of linen once a week
A deposit of 30% of the Total Rental Amount is required to confirm the reservation.
An extra low discount can be given for a long stay or an early booking.
Children 3 years old and below can stay for free!
Baby cot and high chair for our little friends are available upon request.
A refundable break damage deposit may be required depending on the number of guests and the ages.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival: Full refund of the prepaid amount.
Cancellation under 30 days: charge of the prepayment amount– non refundable.
In case of cancellation, if the suite finally booked for the specific dates the whole amount of the prepayment will be returned.
